“In writing and posting articles on my blog and in reading  for my self help blog , I’ve found that living fully present in the moment is much more difficult in practice than in theory, especially given the pace of our modern day lives,  I have chosen to share my top five steps to concentrate on daily,” reports Glen S. Luckman.

The List of Top Five Steps by Glen Luckman is as follows:

Glen Luckman top 5:

1.      Focus on task at hand.  Whatever you are doing in the moment no matter how mundane give your full attention.  From washing dishes to talking on the phone or playing with children.  Give each task your full attention.

2.      Stay Organized.  By being organized your mind is clear of clutter and it allows you to live in present.  Keep an accurate calendar and lists whether they be electronic or the old fashion paper way.

3.      Keep work areas free from clutter.   Focusing at work requires a clean work space.

4.      Focus on what you are grateful for.

5.      Spend 10 minutes each day meditating, if not that then at least quiet time.

Glen Luckman also recommends smiling each day!
